I was admitted not too long ago and discharged, but when I first entered my room, under my pillow was a disgusting, wet sock with unknown fluids. I immediately complained, and they only removed the sock without even bothering to change the pillow or sheets. It’s appalling that they can’t even make a room sanitary for patients, imagine the rest of the hospital…

Was told by a doctor to rush to the hospital immediately only to wait almost four hours to be seen.
This place is trying to get us to make a payment on a test that hasn't even happened yet. Might have to look into this and see if it's illegal.

Thank you nurse Dawn, PCA Gretchen, Case Mgr Katrina, respiratory care and physicians for the great care provided to our family member, Jeff, in Rm 3824 (North Pavilion) recently. He was transferred for continued care and we are grateful.

I want to express my utmost gratitude for the incredible staff at Bronson Hospital. I recently had what was supposed to be a very routine outpatient procedure. After returning home, I suddenly felt “off” and was rushed back to the ER. From the moment I arrived, the team checked my vitals, recognized something was seriously wrong, and moved quickly but calmly to help me.
Every staff member was knowledgeable, steady, and compassionate. They communicated clearly, got me into a CT scan, and started a blood transfusion that ultimately saved my life. The scan showed internal bleeding, and they moved me into surgery right away. Their calm, confident response brought me peace in what should have been the scariest moment of my life. I believe God placed the right people in the right place at the right time to protect me.
Once I was admitted, the nurses, doctors, and PCAs continued to show exceptional care. Their compassion, patience, and support have meant everything as I heal. I am so grateful that God guided their hands, their decisions, and their hearts during such a critical moment.
I also want to encourage anyone who is able to donate blood. I’ve donated many times and never imagined I would one day need it myself. Thanks to everyday heroes who donate and to the heroes at Bronson who cared for me with such kindness. I am here today. I thank God for each of them. They are truly His hands at work.
