  This place had the rudest staff!!!! When a patient has been hearing possible cancer for almost a year and has anxiety because she is a cancer survivor the anxiety already is enough. So getting to this appointment on pure ice roads was nerve enough. The ladies upfront talking about someone’s personal medical Procedures when we walked in. We waited for the Hypa conversation to end when we were acknowledged with “do you need to be checked in”. Yes please. She states we are a half hour late, apparently there is an ultrasound in which the patient is unaware of. She did a e check in on Bronson my chart so why did it magically appear. Well this was for sure the patients fault and the abrasive attitude of the desk lady was very alarming and now they would have to rush to get in. Do you as a women want to be rushed to have fluids inserted into your uterus and find out if there is cancerous polyps? So I say are you sure you want to do this. Anxious she says just because you’re here I think I can. They give her a cup say they need urine sample. Again why? Well we found out to make sure you’re not pregnant in a very non professional manner. Then to go back into a room where a man is in the room not your doctor telling you you can’t leave the room no phones at all and very aggressive. She asks what is this procedure entail and why is my doctor not in here. He says most people do their research let me go get a doctor at this point the rudeness and discomfort of the surroundings has the patient in tears. I tell him this staff is so rude and we want to talk to the doctor. She comes in and educates us which should have already been done long before this point. Never apologized for her staffs behavior. Glad for the education now we know what has to be done. But I assure you the procedure won’t be done by this staff that’s for sure. Should be ashamed of treating patients like that. When people walk in say hello make them feel comfortable. If someone has to undress make sure they are ok with a man like when did this become ok!!!!!? Make your place a comfortable setting a safe environment for women because your attacking behavior from the moment we entered the door was so uncomfortable and created so much anxiety and stress. How can you make a women feel like that let alone a person!!!!? Do not recommend this office!!!!

  Totally unfeeling and apathetic! They practically rolled their eyes at questions!! Horrible experience!
