  Awful!! If this is the quality of health care we have in Kalamazoo, we are in trouble. Between the lack of communication and lack of compassion, Bronson has slid downhill.

  I’ve been shifted from about 6-7 doctors - can’t ever keep the same doctor - I don’t go in often except for wellness visits and I have to see someone new every time because they can’t seem to keep a doctor! So I’ve never been able to establish a relationship with any provider! Smh! Very disappointed with how things are handled - and I’ve been a patient for 16+ years and they now won’t let me schedule my appointment with a female doctor as I’d prefer to have a female provider because I feel more comfortable being a woman. On top of the frustration the woman (Chris) on the phone was rude and not accommodating at all! Too bad because I do really like Bronson. I’ll be trying to find a new practice immediately! Only giving 2 stars because at least I like Bronson but this practice and the staff really gets 1 star :(

  Called to schedule an appointment for my daughter. Person who answered was rude and she was also incorrect with the information she gave me.
