  Be aware that this location is appointment only!!!! Make an appointment or you will have to come back, granted it is easy. You can do it on your MyChart, and they have so many different times available!!

  If I could leave negative stars I would. The people are RUDE! I had a scheduled appointment in Otsego that needed to be cancelled because they had no power due to the tornado that went thru. So I went to the Stadium drive location, and they refused to see me because I did not have an appointment at that location. But they did offer to schedule me on for a week later when they had availability. I DO NOT recommend this place what so ever. Bronson would do better to close it, or fire all the staff in the front and start with new.

  Place was great. Minus the new check in procedure using the screens. That wasn’t great for the old lady in the waiting room there for X-rays. But who does deserve 5 stars; the one poke wonder Kate who drew my blood even though my veins are hard to find. Well done and keep her. Only knew her first name and what I think should be her title as she earned it.

  Worst worst worst lab ever. Their technology sucks just ymso yall know. If you got any lab work please make sure you call and ask they got equipments, kits, technician and anything else that you may need for testing because the app or email or text does not tell you. Now, when you arrive there its going to be a surprise, you might have to wait for a whole day, reschedule or sent to a whole different location (good luck navigating) now you lost your spot for the appointment like you dont have anything else going on for the day. Bronson and staff does not want to improve on assisting patients and love to waste time, not sure how its efficient and how they get to work like this. No ethics no compassion just bunch of bs on advertising in reality you guys need to work on communication A LOT.
