  Dr. Reinoehl, 2006: "You're okay for now, but if your condition worsens, come right back." Me, 2017: "My condition is worsened, can I please make an appointment?" Bronson Nurse, 2017: "You are considered a new patient and need a new referral from your primary physician. Office policy. Goodbye." Can you feel the compassion? I understand it has been a long time, but Dr. Reinoehl specifically said to make an appointment if *ever* I needed to. Instead, I'm blocked on the phone by a completely dispassionate nurse that clearly couldn't care less if I got an appointment or died on the street. But boy howdy, if I'd had that referral then maybe I'd be somebody.
