- CSCindyLou SasserMar 10, 20262.0I hesitated to leave this review because everyone was SO nice at this location (except one person). But then I thought about how I took time off work to go to my appointment, drove there twice (I don't live in Jackson), paid a lot of money cash (I don't have insurance), spent 4 hours there my appointment day, and then the weird attitude when I picked up my new glasses, totally excited only to find they were *completely* not right. Something went terribly wrong with my prescription between my eye exam and coming in to get the new glasses. I'm not sure how on earth that could be anything that "I" did wrong but it was actually implied that somehow it might be because it absolutely couldn't be something the eye doctor did wrong (was the attitude). I was so completely disappointed. And shocked. I did get my money back in full after having to argue a bit for it. I appreciate the refund. I'd have gladly come in again so they could correct the mistake but they had no interest in squeezing me in on the days I had off to make it right. I would think every effort would be made but I guess not. But it worked out okay because I just went next door to another place, was in and out in an hour, with a much bigger cuter selection of frames and $40 cheaper! So thank you I guess.
