    I am so pleased with my new hearing aids and the flexibility of being able to program them on my phone to get the best hearing in the environment I am in at any given time. Riki and her staff are so friendly and accommodating. I recently stopped in without an appointment and the problem Iwas having was quickly resolved and I was on my way. I can’t say enough about the friendly, courteous care I have received!

    I first discovered Miracle Ear because my husband was struggling to hear. He was searching for a place and he found Miracle Ear. Ricki is AMAZING!!! She actually cares about her patients and will do whatever she is able to and at times beyond to make sure her patients are able to hear. If you are looking for someone who will give you the time you need, someone who is patient, loving and understanding and someone who truly cares and wants to help you hear better this is the place to go. The staff here are helpful and I honestly can't say enough good about this place.

    I have been wearing my hearing aids from Miracle-ear-iron mountain store for about 3 years now. They have really changed my quality of life. From pretending that I heard someone to actually hearing them. Since the first time that I walked into the store to have my ears tested, I knew that this was the place to be. Ricki and the rest of the staff treat you like family. They really care about you. And the service afterwards is fantastic. I can stop in or call at anytime if i am having any sort of issue with my hearing aids. I have been so pleased that Ricki is able to fix, adjust my hearing aids right then and there. I would recommend them to anyone that needs hearing aids.
