    I got new hearing aids in Nov. The latest technology is amazing especially the tv streaming in Bluetooth it is like having surround sound only better. I can even go outside and not miss a beat. I am very well pleased with my Genius 3 hearing aids.

    Well it has been a year with hearing aids and here is what I found. 1-Super easy to use a-adjusting volume a simple click of a button on top of hearing aid b-I have 3 settings again super easy to change the environment surroundings again a click on top of the hearing aid 2-Changing batteries really easy open the compartment pop out old and slide in the new. I can get about a week out of the batteries and I thought that is good 3-Riki and Candi well they do understand what GOOD SERVICE is all about. 4- I fought glasses and hearing aids and we all know the more you use them the more you appreciate them and the wife is much happier!

    Riki Rouse and her staff are awesome people. They go way out of their way to make sure that we are using and maintaining our hearing devices in the best and most productive ways. They explain everything that we would need to know or our options of the different programs available for our hearing devices that enable us to make the best use of them.
