She takes all the time you need to explain every facet of testing, fitting for hearing aids, differences between types of hearing aids, and most importantly how they work once your hearing aids have been placed into your ears. Dr Kelly made all the necessary adjustments so that my first week will be a success. Along with all of that, she asked that I pay attention to 2 key areas during this first week of wearing hearing aids in order that when we meet she can further refine adjustments. Hard to pinpoint Dr Kelly's best attribute, as every part of my journey has been excellent, but it could be her genuine excitement for me and with me knowing I am hearing better than I have in a very long time!
