  Since there expansion to the store the pharmacy has been lacking very bad and it’s been 4 times now they say my script will be ready then it isn’t and then I’m out of meds for 3 days. Hate the work ethic of the staff. They need to prioritize ones that are on file waiting for refills and do the incoming ones in teams but seems like they can’t even keep up in general.

  they are just awful. had a prescription sent in yesterday, tried to call yesterday & they just didnt answer even though they were open (the service desk transferred me three times and they just kept sending it back to the service desk instead of answering). so waited til today, called at 1:40pm they said give us one hour, i gave them an hour & a half & went in. still wasnt done. at this point it had been a full 12 hours since my script was sent by my doctor. she said “give us a couple minutes to count them we have been busy” & then they all sat there for an hour talking to a ex coworker that had shown up. without a single customer. just chillin there like they werent at work. theyre rude & do not actually care to do their jobs. they act like you getting your medication is such an inconvenience to them. dont use this pharmacy. better off driving to lapeer. it would be quicker.

  In response to Kroger being the only pharmacy in town, didn't they open up a new one right on van dyke.

  Very poor operation the associates that work there are rude, short and show no interest to help you. IF you go to the doctor and he prescribes and calls in a script he wants you to Start that day not in 3-4 days it takes Kroger to fill script. Doctor phoned in 3 Scripts for pain and infection. He wanted all three started that day. That used to be possible with rite aid I used to stop and pick up on the way home from the doctor. Now that Kroger is only show in town they are unable to handle it. Two of the three scripts my dr called in were not ready for 3 days and one was not available for 2 weeks ? Will have to start going to lapeer. WIth Kroger imlay city you will get better or die before you get scripts
