The front desk team made the check-in process smooth and stress-free, and the office was clean, organized, and comfortable. The doctor took the time to really listen, answered all of my questions, and made me feel genuinely cared for rather than rushed. It’s clear that they truly care about their patients and go above and beyond to provide quality care. I left feeling confident and reassured about the care we received. I highly recommend Holland Pediatric Associates to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate pediatric office.

Staff take inconsistent measurements of infants head, putting the tape measure sometimes across, sometimes at an angle, and never reflecting an actual measurement. Nurse told us we were getting one vaccine and then administered another. When we called after hours triage at midnight, we didn’t get a call back from the on call doctor until 7a.m. — the doctor fell asleep. By this point we had gone to the ER and returned, but guess what? They still charged us for an after hours consultation (which didn't happen.) And finally they can’t seem to figure out how to bill insurance. Our baby has been insured since day 2 of birth (fully process and on the plan). They just sent us an outrageous bill where they didn’t attempt to bill insurance even once. If you want all around disappointment from a medical office, this place is for you. If not— then go elsewhere.
