  Club Pilates Holland is amazing! The studio is always incredibly clean, and the atmosphere is so welcoming. Sarah, Mylene, and Kennedy are the sweetest and make you feel right at home from day one. They do such a great job working with beginners and making classes feel comfortable and doable. Highly recommend

  Absolutely the best decision I have made for next level in exercise and personal fitness. Lee and Stanley are dedicated to their class and the participants. Back pain has subsided significantly and I feel better all around. Finally sleeping through the night and waking refreshed. A new lease on life.

  Don’t sign up for unlimited unless you’re willing to cancel 30 days ahead of your next billing, & are prepared to track down the studio for a week prior to the 30 days. Only call to cancel during times classes are going on, they do not care how many times you have to call to get ahold of them. You can’t cancel via the app & you can’t delete your payment information from the app. This is franchise first and foremost when it comes to how they treat memberships. And make you stay on the phone when they say they’re emailing you the cancellation waiver.

  I joined Club Pilates with the unlimited membership this past summer. I enjoyed the classes and instructors. Unfortunately I wasn't getting use of the membership because of working night shift so I decided to cancel. I called their phone number over 10 times, left messages, sent texts, no responses. Once I finally got a hold of them they sent me a cancellation waiver and still charged me for the month I tried to cancel for weeks because of "policy". I would not have had to pay another $230 if they answered. Once we got it all settled, I got charged AGAIN this month. I cancelled a month ago. I called 5 times this morning, left a message, texted the phone and finally someone answered but it still has not been disputed. It's extremely unprofessional to run a business and be charging the amount they do without properly handling cancellations. I loved the instructors and the classes but it's so disappointing to never want to return because of the lack of professionalism. I'll be contacting my bank soon to get dispute a refund.

  What's not to love about this pilates studio. Clean, everybody is friendly and helpful. The instructors are all very good. I'm an original member, and yes there were delays in opening, (probably due to permits by the city?) but it's top notch a year later.
