  Friendly and respectful. Laura was great and we were very happy with her intake treatment. If you need to be seen in an emergency, this is a great choice.,The PA, Jared was very calm and efficient. We will definitely recommend them to others in need of urgent care.

  My visit to AFC Urgent Care in Holland was just what I needed. I was greeted promptly in a friendly manner, seen by 2 professionals in a short amount of time, prescribed meds and am now feeling much better. Thank you for being there on a Sunday when I needed you!

  Visit was phenomenal, but the phone call I received was very much not. I received a call with them checking in about how I’m feeling after my visit and I asked what my test results were. She said she would call me back and I never got a call back, so I called them. When she answered again she sounded annoyed and asked once again how I’m feeling. I told her fine, and she said yeah cause your test results were fine and to just finish the medication as originally prescribed. She seemed very annoyed to tell me my results even though she said she would call me back about them and never did. I just wanted clarification, and I feel embarrassed for even asking because she made me feel small and dumb for asking. Doctors and nurses were great on the visit but I’m just hoping the lady on the phone was having a bad day.
