- AJAshley JacksonApr 2, 20262.0I had an eye exam on March 2nd and was told my glasses would be ready in about a week, and that someone would call me when they arrived. Unfortunately, I never received a call. I ended up calling on April 2nd, and that’s when I was told my glasses had already been there. When I went to pick them up, a young lady greeted me and said someone would be with me shortly. However, she and another coworker continued a conversation with another customer about something unrelated to glasses before assisting me, which caused an unnecessary delay. Overall, I prefer the service from the morning staff—they tend to be more attentive and efficient than the afternoon team.
