- KMKathleen MapleNov 12, 20251.0While standing at the counter I watched the pharmacist say to her assistant “ugh they just keep coming-so annoying” I myself am a healthcare worker and couldn’t fathom saying something so rude and ignorant in front of one of my patients. That kind of behavior is completely unacceptable.
- MEMs. Gee ESep 30, 20251.0I was not satisfied with Kevin at the service desk on Saturday night. I went shopping and left one of my bags behind. I realized this the next day as I began to prepare my meal in the morning. I called the store at 6:50 and told Kevin what had happened. I asked him what time the store opens. He said the store opens at 7, but the service desk does not open until 8. I explained to him that I just left a bag if he could just look at my receipt, he’s not a very pleasant person I came into the Store store at 7:15. I saw him behind the service desk. I had to purchase a couple more things and he left the service desk. It only took a few seconds to look at and review my receipt. I was not doing any transactions, he does not show a caring spirit which people need to know that in today’s world, I just think he needs an adjustment in his attitude. I don’t want him to lose his job, but if he cannot fix this attitude, I think he should be demoted as a bagger people need to know you just can’t treat anyone and it shouldn’t have been a problem. I’m pretty sure he was on Kroger‘s clock when I asked for the manager then he wanted to accommodate me.
- CCCCOct 23, 20241.022 minutes on hold. It’s pretty clear they place you on hold until you hang up. Get more employees to handle volume or train for efficiency because the wait time to speak to a pharmacist is problematic.
