- TSTamika ShropshireOct 6, 20252.0I had to revisit the store after my first appointment because the rep put in incorrect prices for my glasses and contacts, even though my insurance stated differently. I had to go and pull my own insurance information and bring it back to the manager for things to be corrected. I don't understand how she gave me the wrong pricing because the manager even had a printout of the free lenses and free progressive lens. However, I was told I had to pay at minimum $250 for progressive. Had I just went with what she said and did not understand my insurance, I would have gotten charged way more money. For example, the first rep told me my contacts was $159 out of pocket when in fact my insurance covered $130 retail for contacts. Luckily for my sake, the manager was able to fix everything. I will say that they do have a great selection to choose from, and everyone was nice.
