I couldn't love this studio more!!!! I had no idea what plates were really about, so I decided to walk in one day and was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgable staff member. I made my first class reservation and never looked back. That over a year and a half ago and I now attend an average of 5-6 days a week. It's the one thing I take time out of my day and do for ME. The staff and fellow pilates members have become a second family. My body, mind, and heart feel strong and happy. If you haven't tried pilates, you need to. Club Pilates of GP is the best community I decided to become a part of. :)))))

Very poor business practices. My membership included 4 classes per month that was paid monthly. That means that i could book classes only once the charges were posted to my credit card and only during that one month. Well, the problem was that at that time point most of the classes were already booked and i ended up being on the waitlist. Usually I didn't know until the last minute if I was to attend the class or not. Well, for the price I expected to be able to book classes on time and to fit my schedule. Waiting for the last moment to figure out whether I will get into the class is just not acceptable and one would expect more from the reputable business that Club Pilates claims to be. They just have too many members and they don't have physical means to accommodate that many people. Therefore, I wanted to cancel my membership, but I was told that I had to give them 30 day notice and that I will be charged for one more month. Well, that's interesting, let's analyze it: Club Pilates requires 30 day notice if a client wants to cancel the membership, but at the same time the paying client should accept and be happy with the fact that they deserve the right to give you last minute notice on whether you will be attending the class or not. No matter how good the instructors are, this arrogant attitude is irritating and people will be turned off.
