I understand that a class is at certain time they won’t allow you to be 5mins late you can’t come to the class there is no grace period!!! Remind you I called to confirm and get the location to which Pilates class I was going to b/c the text msgs that was sent for appointment time and date did not include location.

Most importantly I have decreased chronic pain in hips and lower back. This place has made me ridiculously happy. It has a wonderful family atmosphere, much nicer than working out at home alone.
