He always had great customer service and year round care for his hearing health. As his aids aged they needed repair. Technology had changed so much ! Recently we met with Ben Norris who was compassionate and kind and recognized that my husband needed to experience the world of hearing! We upgraded his aids and the difference they make enhances our lives more than I can describe! My husband had gone silent. Trying to hear me or others was just too hard. Joyful conversations were lost and I felt alone and isolated. Image how he felt hear voices yet not hearing them clearly. Group conversation was so hard because he had to adjust his aids. Upgrading has changed that. Now he's getting used to hearing footsteps and common noises like our coffee maker! He's engaging in conversation with me! He's looking forward to being in a group and being able to join the conversation. I can't recommend Miracle Ear more highly.
