Everytime I have asked them to get information to Michigan Rehabilitation they have dropped the ball time after time. It has been 6 months since this process started and I in am still without new hearing aids. My old ones are now toast so I have no hearing aids to use at work, making my life much more difficult. Needless to say I will not be using them in the future! Once again, after sending e-mails and speaking with people on the phone, being told that it would be taken care of that day, 3 days later Michigan Rehabilitation services is still waiting for a recommendation from Elyse. Whatever you do, stay as far away from this place as possible. I have never seen such atrocious customer care and follow through in my entire life. If I could give negative stars I would.
