  Customer service is nonexistent but the marketing calls and texts come nonstop. I had to block the phone number.

  The facility is small, lacks natural light and ventilation, and is priced 30% higher than comparable offerings. Please exercise caution when providing credit card information, as the company employs persistent marketing tactics, including flexible terms and other unfulfilled promises, to secure payment details. Upon attempting to cancel a membership, customers are informed that only a manager can authorize cancellations, and this individual is consistently unavailable. Subsequently, previously undisclosed policies are cited, such as specific cancellation periods, the unacceptability of verbal cancellation requests, and requirements for special forms and email submissions. This results in continued charges to the credit card. I ultimately had to initiate a bank dispute to block further transactions.
