Great store - friendly, helpful staff. It seems like they're always busy when I go in, but I never feel rushed.

I'm reviewing this based off the quality of the frames and lenses, not the service. The service at this brick and mortar was good.
The styles of the glasses are cute, which is the only reason I have a 3 star. But the prices are deceiving, the quality of the frames are not great and lenses are even worse. I tried warby because they have a large selection of low bridge glasses, however the ones in the store are ugly and ended up getting regular fit glasses.
Worst glasses.
I've gone through 2 sets of lenses already in less than a year. I dropped my glasses recently and they are badly scratched, so now need a 3rd set. My glasses from Eye Care One, could take ahead on collision and barely get scratched. They don't have a lab on location, so you have to wait over a week to get them back. I don't plan on getting a pair from there again.

I visited Warby Parker for the first time after not finding glasses I liked at RX optical. I received a warm greeting and they checked me in. They had so many different types of glasses on display for you to try out and I was able to find the perfect pair. Within minutes, I was able to select and make my purchase. Despite my insurance not being eligible, my total costs were way less than if I would’ve gone to RX optical where my insurance is accepted. I will be returning to Warby Parker in the future.

I went for the first time to get my lenses changed to my new prescription. I had a great experience. The optician who helped me was friendly, caring, and helpful. I will definitely go back when I need any help with my Warby Parker frames.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They offered good suggestions on frames and colors and also knowledgeable about lens options/eye protection for glasses and sunglasses.
