I didnt know this ahead of time but the doctor is virtual. they take all the tests there, film the exam and then send to the doctors for final say. Plez helped me pick my glasses and was very helpful. The process was quick and easy and my glasses were ready within an hour. MY only complaint is it was so bright in there!!! I was sweating while looking for glasses and its the middle of winter LOL It's like a greenhouse in there. Overall very nice place :) 10/10

I have never done this. I contacted Stanton, got in right away, and they took care of me. I can't comment on all of their services, but the facility was clean and they prioritize customer service. Highly recommend.
