    My first time at Miracle Ear was after my mother came to live with my wife and I at 100 years old. She had been wearing hearing aids from Miracle Ear and wanted a checkup. We made an appointment and were treated very graciously as they collected information and since they didn't have any previous information, Gerit did a full test with her. She and my sister who also has Miracle Ear hearing aids said they had never had as thorough a testing and both were very happy with they way they were treated, Over the next 2 1/2 years we met Gerit at the office 3 or 4 times a year. Staff were also friendly and very helpful. When I was tested by my doctor and told that I might need to get my ears tested, I immediately contacted Miracle Ear because of the way I knew they had treated my mother. I am very happy with my hearing aids and the help in getting use to wearing them.

    I have not received my ordered aid yet, but I would like to rate the two representatives who helped me on a scale of 1 to 10 (with 10 being high) a 10.5. They were very attentive, knowledgeable and concerned with my needs and questions. The tested aid worked far better than two previous competitive ones I had tried.
