Our second appointment we waited 40 minutes after our ultrasound to talk with the doctor and then at our last ultrasound I waiting 30 minutes before going to the front desk asking to be checked out. The ultrasound tech we had was rude about decisions that weren’t hers. Never could get good images. The doctor was rude when we said we felt comfortable moving forward with no more ultrasounds and he was upset about that.
- JBJustin BowerSep 10, 20202.0My appointment was at 2:00 and I didn’t get called back till about 3:00 then my appointment didn’t get over till about 4:15 4:30ish on top of that nobody’s allowed in the office with you. So be prepared for a long boring appointment, most of it I was just waiting in the waiting room.

Their office is always busy and scheduling can be difficult but they care for their patients and Dr. B's knowledge of our specific situation is excellent. By far the best ultrasound doc out there by a mile! I've seen him for 4 of my 5 kids, top notch care!
- LHLance HogendykJul 29, 20195.0As a "Geriatric" parent we had a few scares. Dr. Balaskas and his staff have been absolutely fantastic. As both my wife and I work with doctors for a career, I have rarely (if ever) met a doctor who genuinely seems to care and makes nervous, first-time, geriatric parents as calm and relieved as he and his wonderful ultrasound tech can. His tech (I'm blanking on a name sadly) is at least as knowledgeable as any nurse I've worked with and most doctors. I would give him 6 stars as my faith in this office and their expertise is off the charts.
