Even though I didn’t purchase my glasses from LensCrafters, they got me in right away with Dr. Susan Miller, who was professional, kind, and incredibly accommodating. Dusty went above and beyond to check lens availability and move everything along quickly. I left my glasses and had brand-new lenses ready the very next day! Thanks to their top-notch service, I had clear vision for Thanksgiving. Truly exceptional customer service - highly recommend!

At that point I was told I would be rescheduled, no reason given. It became obvious the doctor was not in. A phone call to cancel and reschedule would have been appreciated. I won't be back, the juice isn't worth the squeeze.
