Our representative (Azriah if Im spelling that correct?) was absolutely incredible and scoured our insurance so we didn’t overpay instead of just taking what we said and running with it in order to make a quick sale. I’ve never been to a place like this I usually use the mom and pop sort of places but I will absolutely be back if i ever need lenses or glasses again I had an incredible experience! Highly recommend.

The check in process, the initial tests done by a tech and the optometrist were all amazing! The sales associate that is supposed to help with well sales was lackluster at best. Unhelpful and well lazy; I was 2/3rds of my way through looking at glasses when he leaned back and said those 4 drawers have cheaper glasses if you’re interested…he didn’t understand the basics of my in network insurance coverage and rather than trying to said the tablet says x. Lens crafters loss I’ve ordered 3 pairs online and am going to save money.
