I went in to try Pilates for the first time and the team was so helpful and inviting. They made sure I understood the equipment and offered helpful tips for the movements through my intro class. Studio was very clean too.

Went to work.out on a early morning snow day w just me showing up. I told Paulette she didnt have to accommodate just 1 person but she insisted that whomever comes in they ll work right alobg with you! Another person did show up so the 3 of us got our exercise in! So glad I did it made my day! Always friendly love Knapps Corner pilates!
