This is in response to Isaiah's review. So I want to point out that he already said he forgot to bring his insurance cards with him. So trying to make that the focal point is pretty much irrelevant. Fact of the matter is, is that you told him that if he paid you in cash or debit card, that you'd reimburse him once his insurance went thru. He also called his insurance and they told him that they cover everything he had done in your office. Then you proceed to tell him you're not accepting new patients with his insurance all of a sudden? (Because you're trying to keep his money. Plain and simple.)Yet, before he even made an appointment, he asked you specifically if you took his specific insurance and yall said you did, AND his insurance company looked yall up to make sure you do accept it and what do you know, ya do accept that specific insurance. I'm sorry, but you've done an xray and also laid hands on him doing some adjustment on his back. Which he paid you for. So how is it that you can do these things and accept cash from someone who is not a patient? And now you refuse to reimburse him his HARD earned money. I can only imagine the amount of people your office has done this to. Especially the brown ones. I really hope every single person checks out these reviews before dealing with you people. Because you're straight up scamming Isaiah. And yall know exactly who I'm talking about. Hopefully everyone pays attention to how you're responding to him and my reviews. Says lots about your character. And so as i said before, I can only imagine how many people yall have done this to. And how many times you've gotten away with it. $400 dollars is a lot of money to just lose out on. Hopefully you ppl do the right thing. Karma is real. Hope you all have the days you deserve.

So I went into bear chiropractic and forgot my insurance card in which I have Medicaid and they tell me that’s fine bring it in on your next visit and they’ll reimburse me and they didn’t tell me how much is was gonna cost before hand which I ended up spending 375$, so I bring it on my next visit give them my card they put it in the system and told me it take a couple days to go through, so I call them like 4 days later and they tell me that’s with my insurance the appt are gonna be 67$, so I asked what does my insurance cover and they said that is what the regular price is after my insurance covers it, so then asked what about my first appt what’s my insurance cover on that and they tell me it didn’t cover anything yet and to give my insurance a call so I did that and my insurance said they should’ve covered it all, the x rays and the rest because I get one free x ray once a year through my insurance and it was my first time going, so I give them a call back and they try to tell me that’s they ain’t taking any new patients through my insurance? So basically got scammed and lied to twice about them being able to reimburse me and them being able to use my insurance which they should’ve told me in the first place cause I told them what kinda insurance I had
