Barre3 instructors will challenge you to find your edge while creating space for you to define what success looks like for you in every workout.
Friendly staff, modifications for those that need them, and all skill levels. Great atmosphere and feel the difference after only 3 classes! Highly recommend!

I did my first ever barre class at barre3 and loved it- I appreciated the careful orientation I got to the space and the class. The environment is lovely with nice touches- the vibe is friendly and not at all intimidating for a beginner. I appreciated the sensitive coaching from the teacher - she checked on me to be sure my form was safe and that was super helpful. I look forward to going back!

Seriously the best workouts ever! Even though I haven't been able to make it there in awhile (8 kiddos and life 🤪), it would be my first pick if there would be a day I could get away! I always feel strong, energized and encouraged leaving barre3!
