  This was the single worst experience I’ve had with a medical practice. They are not allergists but present themselves in a way that can make patients believe they are. If you need allergy care, go to a real allergist who provides proper testing instead of wasting your time here. The focus seems to be on collecting money rather than providing patient care. The office staff is extremely disorganized, phones are rarely answered, and voicemails are not returned. Management was no help in resolving the issues either. Overall, the practice repeatedly made mistakes and then attempted to deflect responsibility rather than address them. Update reply to business: I’ve been waiting on a call back from the manager for over a week about my experience and for her to get with doctor about my questions. It is pointless. This is my point.

  I would not recommend this office. Communication is very poor, and calls to clinical staff often go unanswered. The allergy testing I received appeared inaccurate. Their techs are not well trained and they cheap out by only doing scratch testing on the forearms. I later repeated the testing with Shoreline in Muskegon and received accurate results. Despite the poor testing, I was still charged and then told they wanted to repeat the testing and charge me over $500 again. The new overseas call center has made it even harder to get help. Since the merger, the focus seems to be more on business than patient care. I ended up finding a much more competent and responsive office!

  Dr Palmer was great to work with. He came prepared with my history and test results. Plus, he also explained the results in detail and listened to my concerns. I highly recommend him and this practice for your hearing needs.
