The tech, Adriana, who took my preliminary vitals was delightful, Dr. Ewald was fantastic, and Roxanne was the best - best experience of my LIFE, picking out glasses. I still can’t believe how awesome she was. Anyway, my experience was phenomenal and I’m glad they’re my new eye doctor.

When I went today to pick them up, the lady ordered me the wrong pair. She ordered a square frame. The complete opposite of what was agreed upon. She refused to listen to me and kept insisting that these were the glasses that I originally ordered. She did not care. She knew she made a mistake with the order. She proceeded to package the glasses &made a bullshit excuse that “if these are not the right glasses, warranty will cover it”. Who says that?? Just admit you made a mistake with the order and correct your mistake.

He is always willing to listen and take in information that may be relevant to the patient’s eye health. He is also an excellent investigator of and offers solutions for complex vision issues. My daughter would not be as high achieving academically without his care. He diagnosed and recommended vision therapy for our daughter and it made 100% positive impact on her ability to see and learn. We are so thankful for his professional knowledge and care that helped address multiple complex issue with our daughter’s vision. Finally, a shout out to Roxane, who is so knowledgeable about lenses and frames, advises on best options for each persons personal and professional needs and advises on hiw to best utilize insurance to acquire the best possible lenses and frames. I also appreciate her customer care skills, patience and kindness.Thank you Grand Blanc Vision.
