  I have had nothing but amazing care from my doctor! Someone finally listened to me!! Seemin Q. Is a remarkable person!! She goes beyond caring!!

  Grand Blanc Office: I am not happy how this office (Dr. Vora) handles his appointments. What is the point of having an appointment if it's not respected. If appointment times aren't respected, it essentially negates the purpose of scheduling an appointment, leading to frustration for both the service provider and client as it disrupts schedules, causes unnecessary waiting time, and undermines the value of a pre-booked time slot; essentially making the appointment system ineffective. I understand that 5 min maybe even 10 past will be ok. Although it has been a couple of times now that Dr. Vora has seen me 30 min after my scheduled appointment. When questioned regarding the appointment, Dr. Vora stated "That's not how it works and I will see you when I am available. I will respect your time when I am talking to you." I am always early to my appointments to make sure I respect the Drs and office time. It's not fair that they cannot do the same. As I sat down Dr. Vora stated this will be our last appointment as he doesn't want to argue regarding me being seen on time. Hard to respect a Dr. when they won't respect you. Stood up and advised I did not want to be billed for this appointment and walked out. Will no longer see Dr. Vora. When I asked to talk to the Office manager Jennifer, I was advised she was on vacation. I asked when will she be here next week? and when and the receptionist just said Yes. I then asked will she be here Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday etc.. and her reply was Yes, all those days. I don't get it. We go to Drs/Therapist etc for help. It seems we are more of a burden instead of helping. Oh but when it comes to making sure your bills are paid or you don't miss your appointment. They are on top of things. Sad to see this. Very disappointed.

  Horrible place. I quit taking my kids because my daughters therapist was horrible. If she was even ever there. My sons therapist was at least there 🤷‍♀️ I felt like my kids were dollar signs and nothing more. I felt they didn't care at all about the mental health of my children. Only cared that they were getting paid. Point proven. I abruptly removed my children becauseofhow i felt. I didn't call. I didn't explain myself. My kids just didn't show up for their appointments. NOBODY TO THIS DAY HAS CHECKED ON THEM! No call from either therapist nor any office staff. They keep sending that bill though 🤣 How do they know something isn't wrong? They haven't even attempted to call and it's been a year now!! I would avoid this place if you want people who care

  My experience with Oakland has been nothing short of life changing in a positive way. I went from being so scared and an anxious mess to being more open than I thought possible to my therapist Noel. I have recommended them to family, who now receives care from the center and a friend who will being going to her first session soon. Yes Dr. vora can be straight to the point and it took me the first time to get it as well. He is not there to counsel. He is there to treat your symptoms and help guide with the right treatment(s) to get better and find more quality in life and mental health. I'm a different, more whole person now than the first day I walked in this center. I'm forever grateful and so are the people who have to live and work with me. LOL
