I love this office but not that part I might be looking for a new PCP as much as it saddens me been going here for over 20 years and this is how the patients get treated when they are going thru a very tough time in their lives very RUDE !! Time to retire

She actually takes the time to listen to what you have going on and goes through the best options for you to get better. She is patient and I whole heartedly feel like she actually cares! The ladies at the front desk have also been great every time! Definitely recommend 100/100!
- JCJames CornettAug 17, 20251.01 star is to much went here once the dr didn’t know much had to look stuff up on internet for medication etc and then there was an issue with my insurance the 2nd time and I said to resend to my insurance the manager aka the billing lady went off on me wouldn’t let me talk at all saying it’s not her problem etc called me names says she’s professional definitely not rudest lady evert didn’t care I’m a diabetic they were my primary care provider and she said not her problem. I don’t need meds or anything. had to call my insurance And tell them everything and they said since they’re not wanting to work with me, they’ll have to contact them And at the hard way, nothing is professional about this place got a bill for Lord knows what wouldn’t tell me nothing told me it’s my problem to pay it even though I have insurance definitely Will not return on top of that I file grievance with the insurance company and contacted the state about the unprofessionalism of this place Lady basically told me to go die

The team works very efficiently to make sure every patient is seen with care and I appreciate that. Had a good experience with this doctor and also enjoy the perks they have with a pharmacy next door as my meds were ready as soon as I walked out of the doctor’s office. Overall, great medical center!
