  Whenever I go into Miracle-Ear I'm treated with kindness and respect...They always try to accommodate me with my time settings...I was situated with hearing aids, showed how to adjust and clean them...And like I said the time settings are always a convenience for me and the receptionist and the doctor is so kind and courteous...   I wandered in "off the street" while traveling, without an appointment. I was greeted by the proprietress, who ushered me into an office and inquired as to the problem. I was unable to control the hearing aids via the iphone as I had previously. I had left the batteries in too long, they had gone dead, and (apparently) the bluetooth connection had gotten unpaired, and replacing the batteries did not resolve the issue. She first did a thorough cleaning of the hearing aids, replaced the ear bits, and the batteries. Then she walked me through the pairing procedure on the iphone, and a lengthy discussion on all the options that were available in the ME app, most of which I had no idea were even there! When I left, I had completely working hearing aids and a very good impression of the quality of service that I had gotten here!

  We were impressed the minute we walked into the office. It was open and well furnished. April greeted us and was very friendly. Our appointment with Susan went extremely well. She was friendly and put us at ease. Really she went beyond kind to help us see how we could hear better and know how. She did such a good job we left by joining the thousands of other folks who now hear what is going on every word!

  Roland Brooks : I had used two other hearing aids ,with out quality success. I went to Miracle Ear,, Fruitport and have received excellent service and much improved hearing. Susan's personal attention to her customers hearing difficulties has been outstanding.

  My name is Donald J Yadlosky, my children were convinced I was deaf but I fought them tooth and nail until I finally gave in and went for the hearing test.The people at Fruitport specially Sue and April were both helpful and accommodating. The test was very helpful and convinced me I was in need of hearing aids. Since getting the aids I hear much better and my kids cannot believe the difference. I would recommend this group without hesitation.
