When I called and told them of the options and charges that were not discussed with me, they just tried to explain away what had been done. They did not offer a refund or any kind of modification. When I asked for a manager, she told me she was the manager. When I said I was going to submit a BBB complaint and asked for her name, she said she felt threatened and hung up on me. So charge people without explaining the changes and when they say they are going to complain about it, they now are threatened. And I don't even have my frames or lenses I paid for. Just theft, is what that is.
