- KJKathleen JaeJun 6, 20235.0The pharmacy is a fine one with friendly personnel. Perhaps I should leave a separate one for the store, which would be 1 star. Not only have prices increased dramatically, but my last trip I was accused of not knowing how to scan vegetables in the self checkout when it constantly crashed. They're revamping their computer system and I suspect because there are those who are scamming the store at the self checkout. We have a new Aldi in our town and we've been shopping more there.

Thanks for the inviting attitude when I haven't needed prescriptions filled in 10 years and don't know the protocol. Wow. Shame because I love this Kroger!
