- RSRob SavageSep 30, 20211.0This is the absolute worst Kroger by far. Shelves always empty, store is dirty. Pharmacy answers the phone just to put you on hold, then when you've been on hold for 5 or so minutes it will ring again, they just pick the phone up and put it right back on hold. You can't ever speak to someone in the pharmacy to ask them questions. It's a joke. They close at 10 now, hopefully this is the beginning of the process of Kroger figuring out this location needs to be closed down. I love Kroger's, I go to a few in the area, this one though is just awful and is an embarrassment to the brand name. If they knew what was good for them they would either gut the staff from the ground up or close it down. Too bad you cannot give negative stars because this place is a perfect minus 5 Stars.
