Every time I come in, he’s either helping members or making sure the entire gym is spotless. The place always looks clean, organized, and welcoming — and that’s honestly because of Tom’s dedication. He’s always polite, professional, and goes above and beyond to keep the environment comfortable for everyone. Planet Fitness is lucky to have someone who takes so much pride in their work. Thank you, Tom, for your hard work and amazing service!
- BKBeth Kow6 days ago4.0Equipment is in excellent condition but missing weight stickers. Lots of cleaning supplies. Enough availability to rotate equipment without waiting too long. Black card amenities. Nice lockers and plenty. THE LITERAL WORST bathroom smell ever; the 10+ air fresheners that stink up the bathroom also spread into the gym. No fragrance free anything so I have a headache. No air purifiers so my asthma is kicking up. Poor air circulation so there's a bit of smell. I'd rather smell bo than the massive perfume factory inside though. 2 air fresheners is enough for any room. People are surprisingly great and so are employees!
