  Really!?! I switched to this Kroger pharmacy because it is closer to where I am now, but I definitely should NOT have. I canceled my prescriptions from the good Kroger on 5111 Highland Rd and had them switched to this one. I called and spoke with a guy who said they would be ready the next day. Ok, I guess. The next day rolls around, and I get a text telling me that it won't be ready for another 3 or 4 days. Seriously!? I have to jump through hoops of fire to get some of these prescriptions because of the regulations and laws surrounding them. I do everything correctly, and I still have to wait!?! How do these places not have a better stocking system in 2025? It's frustrating to put it mildly. To top it off, I can't even switch it back to the good Kroger because of those same regulations, so now I have to wait. Not cool, bad form. Ever heard of overnight shipping?

  This pharmacy is always SO helpful! I don't know why poor reviews. They do all they can to help and get the prescriptions ready when you need them. Great work! Thank you!!

  Called to the pharmacy looking for a a particular sinus relief medicine. The tech said they had it. Once I got there they said they are out of stock and had been out of stock. Waste of a drive. Tech is either incompetent or just a liar. Either way I will never go there again.

  Had two prescriptions that were supposed to be ready but they put one back bc I didn’t come get it. I had Covid and was unable to come get it, tried calling 3 times to explain and make sure they had the prescriptions ready as I thought they may have stuck some back and they never answered. I no longer live in the area so I asked if they would be able to do it now and they said at least 45 min which unfortunately I didn’t have. Now I will have to make another trip out here. Given the current rise in Covid cases etc, you at the very least should be answering your phone if not giving a 14 day grace period since that is the current quarantine wait time.
