  I’ve never had so much anxiety just trying to get my prescriptions. Every time I call, I feel like I’m bothering them. The staff is consistently rude, and instead of helping, they make you feel like you’re wasting their time. The app is unreliable too. It will give one pickup time, then it keeps getting pushed back over and over. I’m constantly left wondering if my medication will actually be ready or if I’ll have to go without it again. No one should have to stress like this just to get something they need. Last month, I called a full week before a trip to try and get my prescription filled early, and I was told I should have “planned better.” I did plan. That’s why I called ahead. That kind of response is completely unacceptable. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years, and it’s honestly disappointing to see how much things have changed. What used to feel like a reliable place now feels frustrating and stressful every single time. People who are already dealing with health issues shouldn’t be made to feel worse just for trying to get their medication. But that’s exactly what this place does. Even the familiar faces I’ve seen working their since I started coming when I moved to Lansing have even become rude and grumpy. So you guys have hired someone who is clearly toxic and rubbing off on everybody else!

  We've been using this Pharmacy at Kroger Lake Lansing Road for many years. Very happy with their promptness, accuracy, and customer service. It's nice to see the same faces at a pharmacy........ versus different people every time.
