  After years of at-home workouts, I was hesitant and intimidated to join a studio. But Barre3 has the perfect approach to women’s health, fitness and community. From Michelle down to all the instructors, to the women who show up every day and support each other, I’m so impressed this place exists! With different kinds of classes at all times of day, Barre3 has so much of what we’re all looking for, and in an inclusive and wonderful space. So happy to have found it!

  I fell in love with TBC classes and community instantly. Their classes push yourself physically and mentally and the instructor supports you every step along the way. I haven’t been passionate about fitness since I was a dancer and TBC classes changed that for me and have become my favorite part of my day!! highly recommend trying it out!

  The barre code has the most welcoming, encouraging community! I leave with a smile and positive attitude after every class, and the variety from class to class is wonderful!

  The Barre Code has been a great place for not only a great work out, but teaming up with other small businesses and create a force in the Lansing fitness scene. Cannot wait to take more classes with my wife at TBC!
