  No one seems to be manning the telephones nor do they return messages. 3 have been left 5 days after dropping off hearing aides to be repaired. 2/13-2/23 & no response of any kind. A simple call back with an update is what has been requested and nothing provided. At least let us know when they were sent out. No back ups and hearing is bad with the sides.

  Audionova must really believe in their product — they’ve been trying to sell hearing aids to my dead father for quite some time. I’ve told them he’s gone. They don’t care. The mail keeps coming. Maybe they think he’ll hear the pitch from the great beyond. HE’S DEAD. He’s not buying. If your marketing strategy involves reaching out to the afterlife, congratulations — it’s working. Otherwise, maybe stop wasting postage and a little human dignity.
