    I love this store. Everyone is very friendly, it's clean and if you buy presents there the staff will wrap it for you. I get many of my Christmas gifts there each year. Thank you Shaws.

    The entire pharmacy staff is so wonderful. They help you synchronize your medications and even delivery if you're lucky to be close enough. I just had two serious hospital stays and each time they were extremely understanding and helped direct me with handling my after-care medication being accidently sent to the wrong place. Plus, they have the best cozy fall stuff right now (perfect for your first day home). ❤️ I highly recommend even just going in to check it out.

    Shaw’s is the BEST pharmacy and gift shop - the employees are so kind - prescriptions are handled quickly and at a low price - the gift shop items in the store are unique and priced well - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

    I switched to this pharmacy when Rite aid went out of business, been with them about a year now. Every single time (2x a month) i go in, i ask to please be called or texted when my meds are ready, and every single time, without fail, they tell me i will be. When my meds refill comes around i never get a call, other than 2 weeks after it’s been filled to be asked, “are you ever gonna come pick your prescription up??” always in an extremely nasty way. I WOULD PICK IT UP IF I KNEW WHEN IT WAS IN. ALMOST LIKE IVE ASKED EVERY SINGLE TIME IVE BEEN IN THERE TO BE CONTACTED, AND I NEVER AM. 2 months ago i even made it a point to double check that they had my correct phone number, and they did. I received another call today from a woman named Brenda, who nastily asked me if i’m ever going to come pick my prescription up, then when i told her no one contacted me to tell me it was in, she continued to be nasty and treat me as if it was my fault, only to confirm that they had put the wrong area code in for my phone number, so NOT MY FAULT when i JUST gave them my phone number for the sixth time. No apology, just a snarky comment that i better come get my meds, when THEY HAVE BEEN IN THE WRONG. i wouldn’t go here if i didn’t have to, the staff are always rude and in a rush, clearly.
