I would recommend Warby Parker. The service was kind and friendly, the hours are convenient, and the pricing is great. I do wish there were more frame options but overall would highly recommend.

Deitrick was amazing. I believe I mispelled his name; however, he is by far the most efficient customer service person I have ever encountered. I was already a fan of WP, as I have purchased eyewear for more than a decade. This experience has definitely transitioned into a lifelong consumer. Thank you!

I had a mixed experience at Warby Parker downtown. My first two visits were great! The staff was incredibly helpful, patient, and supportive while I selected my frames. I really appreciated the time and care they took during that process. However, when I returned to pick up my glasses, the frame was noticeably loose (and still is). It did not fit the same way as the sample/dummy frame I initially tried on. The staff explained there can be slight differences and attempted to adjust it, but unfortunately they weren’t able to achieve the same fit. I especially want to call out an interaction with one representative, Denetria, which was disappointing. When I expressed that I didn’t fully understand the explanation and was concerned about the fit, she responded with, “Looks like it’s going off the top of your head,” in a tone that felt dismissive. She also made uncomfortable facial expressions and told me it would be better if someone else handled my inquiry. That interaction did not feel professional or customer-focused, and it left me uncomfortable. This is not the level of service I expected, especially after such positive initial visits. I’m hoping the store can take this feedback constructively and ensure that concerns are handled with empathy and respect going forward.

I bought my glasses from here 4 years old and it was time to update my prescription because I was having issues out of one eye driving especially at night. For whatever reason, I took my frames to Sam's Club because I thought it would be cheaper for the lens replacement. They bent my frame and blamed it on thickness of my lens, the lens were distorted, and had fine line webs in both lens twice. I went over a month with only my contacts to drive which gave me anxiety driving at night because my contacts prescription wouldn't be as strong as my glasses. Finally gave up and brought my frames back to Warby. To my surprise, it was cheaper to get the lens replaced. I picked up my glasses yesterday and at the end of the day, I had so much anxiety prepared for their to be something wrong. No.. everything was perfect. It felt just like my old prescription with a minor improvement. Plus they restored my frames 🥹. I could cry right now. If these opticals gaslighting you and blame everything on your strong prescription, go somewhere else.
