Incredibly helpful employees and overall excellent customer service. The two Warby Parker employees working today, along with the Dr. went above and beyond to help me with an issue related to my daughter’s glasses. Thank you again!

Excellent customer service at this location! Parking can be a bit tricky, but you should be able to find street parking. I have a high prescription and they were able to exchange my order for even thinner 1.74 ultra high-index lens. The frames are very stylish and I like that they have different widths (narrow, medium, and wide) available!

I highly recommend Dr. Gappy at Warby Parker downtown Detroit! She is very knowledgable and kind. I have a rare eye condition (RVO), and she took extra time to photograph every corner of both eyes. Thank you!
