  I had a referral to this office and called to schedule an appointment, but my experience with the front desk was extremely disappointing. The receptionist was rude, unhelpful, and spoke to me in a very condescending way, almost like I was being talked down to instead of helped. I understand that medical offices can get busy, but patients are calling because they need care and guidance. I already had a referral and was simply trying to schedule an appointment, yet the way I was spoken to made the whole experience frustrating and uncomfortable. First impressions matter, and the front desk is the first interaction patients have with the office. I’m sharing this because I would hate for someone else to call for help and be treated the same way. Patients deserve to be spoken to with patience and respect when they’re trying to get the care they need.

  I had an incredible experience at Endodontics PC in Dearborn with Dr. Jeremy Michaelson. Hands down one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. Dr. Richardson explained everything clearly before and after the procedure, which immediately put me at ease. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and most importantly completely painless. His professionalism, calm demeanor, and precision made a huge difference. He cares about patient comfort. The staff was also great. If you’re nervous about an endodontic procedure or a root canal, this is the place to go. I would recommend Dr. Michaelson without hesitation.

  Dr Wiesen is just exceptional! Root canal procedure was a breeze! Seriously. First one and I was expecting misery. I had trouble getting fully numbed at my last appt with my usual dentist so I was very anxious and afraid I would have to endure pain for this root canal but Dr Wiesen made sure to give enough injections and hit the right spots until I was totally numbed. His assistant Drew was great also. Very friendly and made me feel comfortable the whole time. They worked well together too and got it done without any issues. The staff at the front desk were great also can’t forget them. Highly recommended!!!

  I had a root canal completed yesterday by Dr Micheal. I went in with so much anxiety. The staff was nice, consistent and the environment very clean. Dr. Micheal did a wonderful job and I felt nothing. He explained the procedure from beginning to end. His assistant was very respectful and nice also. They even checked on me the next day. I’ll spend my money in places like that any day. Great job team!!! ❤️
