- SISteve IDec 29, 20251.0Very frustrating experience. I called ahead to confirm my antibiotic prescription for the flu and was told it would be ready in about 30 minutes. Based on that, I drove to the pharmacy expecting to pick it up. When I arrived, I was then told they did not have the medication in stock and that it would need to be ordered, which could take a couple of days. This information should have been disclosed during the call, not after I showed up sick and expecting treatment. Poor communication and wasted time, especially unacceptable when dealing with antibiotics and someone who is already ill. I would not rely on this pharmacy if you need accurate information or timely care.

If we come to get our medication just work on it instead of staring blank to the computer. I'm changing my pharmacy to another one, I used to have them filled at Meijers but my insurance plan changed. But I do not recommend this place.

They have never made me feel weird or bad. They take their time, look at whatever is bothering me. They explain why it’s nothing. And how to help it. They don’t ignore me or make me feel ridiculous. They even educate me on my problem. If I could give them 10 stars. I would!
