  Outright one of the worst DENTIST AND BUSINESS they are EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL their is only one doctor here and he is extremely rude ,lazy and never on TIME . I moved from tx around February and got in contact with this office because all my family goes there the first few times rubbed me wrong because they would run an hour behind everytime on top of the main concern being my braces after 4 different appointments and each time it NOT being for my braces I grew frustrated and expressed this to the doctor that my only concern is my braces, it went on for months so I decided I’m gnna just remove the braces , I enter the office excited to remove them mind u paying out of pocket as well for this service , lady at the front tells me the cost I agree and ask for additional cost to add a permanent retainer, she proceeds to look very confused so I ask do u not know what it is being dead serious not rude she continues looking puzzled and says I have to ask the doctor and continues to charge my card , I get in the room am waiting over half a hr I can hear him in another room still with another patient and it’s already half a hr into my appointment I began growing frustrated bc immediately when I walked in the tone was set ,for asking a simple question , theirs a big mirror so I can see the lady rolling her eyes to the other lady and then the same front desk lady proceeds to get me to sigh papers and forms before I even got a chance to talk to the doctor so I said I’m gnna wait to sign so we can talk , he walks in for two mins I mention the retainers he’s like well what do u mean and continues to try talking me into Invisalign, once again I express I don’t want to do that so he walks out 5 mins later the doctor walks in and says and I quote “YOU DONT LIKE IT HERE U DONT LIKE US WE DONT LIKE U IM NOT REMOVING THEM FOR U 😄” so after already charging me and wasting my time and seeing that ur behind u thought u would just clear my appointment out ur schedule bc “u don’t like me anyways” well I got news for you DOCTOR a business doesn’t run like that , theirs a mutual respect u give it to get it and ur providing a service it doesn’t matter if u like the client or not u keep it professional, not side eyeing me as soon as I walk in rolling ur eyes bc if u didn’t like me u should’ve never scheduled the apmt and even then it’s not valid UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!!

  Dr. Fares is hands down the BEST dentist! I’ve been his patient for nearly 30 years and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. He genuinely cares, always going above and beyond—whether it’s explaining procedures thoroughly or ensuring my comfort during complex treatments. His expertise in every aspect of dentistry is unmatched. His phenomenal staff mirrors his professionalism and compassion, creating a welcoming environment for all of his patients. So if you’re looking for a dentist who loves what he does and takes pride in his work, he’s your guy.

  I have been going to Dr. Fares for the last 18 years. The staff are extremely friendly, personable and professional. The doc himself, he has great rapport with patients of all ages, does a good job managing office staff, it’s the combination that makes it a pleasant experience.
