She helped me find all the over the counter medicines I needed. Everything was made clear to me when I picked up and all my questions were answered. Love this pharmacy!
- MAMohamed AliDec 25, 20211.0This pharmacy is awful. The pharmacist on the internship called Sarah doesn't know how pharmacy works and lacks any experience. She is also very rude. I called her to check on my medications then she said they will be ready but when I went to pick them up she said they aren't ready, transfer them somewhere else which is very disrespectful. She isn't qualified to do this job. The other technician called Madison is very rude too, she said your medication will be ready in two hours then it was never ready and she said you can leave the pharmacy and transfer your medications which is very rude. I complained about them to the pharmacy manager called James but he didn't do anything and ignored them. He lied to me about letting the district manager call me. These people aim are ruining Kroger's business.
