- SBSylvia BenderNov 13, 20251.0Mark and Deeana are extremely rude. Showed up an hour after an antibiotic was sent over and they told me it would be a 45m wait. I asked to speak with the pharmacist 4 times and spoke with everyone but. Deanna said it would just be a minute and asked me to circle to the back of the line, if it'll just be a minute why would I need to line back up? Went ahead and transferred my scripts elsewhere. When I asked why they couldn't just fill it since I have a cold and made a special trip Deanna called me disrespectful. I wasn't, just asked a question. At least when I clock in, I do my job, needless to say I left empty handed and angry. Wouldn't reccomend this place to my worst enemy.

I waited 24 hours for my script. The excuse was "the system did it". Non human store. Non human policy and system. Friendly staff does not make up for this nonsense. Where is the real pharmacist as well?

Unfortunately, I'm stuck getting my kid's prescriptions from there due to insurance reasons but avoid if you can.

Even after moving to Lapeer, and (for a short time) trying the Kroger Pharmacy out here, I just didn't get the great service I was used to getting in Davison, and so now I make the drive back a couple of times a month. Everyone has been awesome but Ashley is simply exceptional.
