    Pharmacist was rude and dismissive. I've been using this pharmacy for years as I used to live in commerce. The insurance information ON FILE should have been an accident claim that began in November of 2019. Yet, when I tried to fill a script, I was given a runaround regarding my Medicare, which had ZERO to do with this prescription. I tried explaining to the young man. But he insisted it was I who was wrong. He said it was 14 dollars and asked if I wanted to make the purchase. This while he is holding my card. I shouldn't have to ask someone who is half my age NOT to talk to me was is I were half HIS age. I ended up paying out of pocket because I NEED the medication. I've never been treated this way at this location. But it will never happen again, as I will not return🤬🤬

    I wish I could give zero stars. I often go to pick up meds for my mom. They are never ready when promised. Even after getting the text alert that they are ready, they aren't ready when you get there. Often it takes days to get them filled. Not sure who can wait days to get a refill on top of that the Staff is rude.
