  This pharmacy used to be better. They no longer have antibiotics or regularly used prescriptions in stock. The antibiotic i am picking up today the script was sent on Tuesday and its Sunday. I have now been waiting 45 minutes

  If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would. They are by far the worst most incompetent pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. I went in yesterday to fill a script for a mouth infection so as you can tell that is kinda urgent. The lady working was very nice and told me they’re short staffed (because I asked why the drive up has been closed) but my script would be ready today at 5. I didn’t want to drive around anymore that day after being a the dentist so I decided to come the next day and go pick it up. When I walked in the man not only didn’t say hello when I did but he immediately brushed me off and said it’s not ready would you like to wait. I said it was supposed to be ready yesterday at 5 can you tell me why it’s not? (As I need it for the infection) he proceeded to say again would you like to wait to which my response was no thanks and I walked away. I will be going to get it later but with these gas prices what makes you think I want to drive to the pharmacy multiple times a day. They honestly either need to retrain those who don’t know what they’re doing or shut this pharmacy down all together as this hasn’t been the only horrible encounter I have had with them. I usually don’t like to chew other out like this but I really felt I needed to get this off my chest. I will also be switching pharmacy’s as soon as I can or if I can. I was using cvs but had to switch due to insurance. I Do not recommend coming to this pharmacy so many that will do even a small percent better than them.

  Great team, who will take great care of you and all of your needs. And what could be better than coming into Kroger and the first thing you do is make a B-line for the pharmacy to drop off all of your prescriptions that you need to be filled. Then, having plenty of time to go through the entire Kroger, and this Kroger is certainly ginormous, to take care of quite literally all of your shopping needs you can imagine. Seeing as this is one of those particularly special Kroger stores, with all of the normal things found at a regular Kroger, but then being able to shop for all the special different awesome things that you can't find at a local grocery store. And usually cost way too much money, as well. Possibly even grabbing some flowers. Checking out and paying. And then finishing up exactly where you began. There you are, at the pharmacy, all your prescriptions have been filled and once you pay, your on the way to enjoying your day. Meanwhile having checked off a number of items on the old, To Do list. What could be a better trip to the pharmacy?
