Shutdown your Rx ops at this location; there are many other Rx’s around who won’t play with prescriber or patient’s time and care. No one will miss your disservice. Shut it down.

They had an extra 24 hours and still couldn’t get it done and didn’t notify me that it would be late. I even tried calling the 2nd time to confirm it was done but no one answered.
