I needed a gym to go to while I was here as a Lifetime isn’t near by: I had a question about billing as I just signed up and Brenda said right away she’ll help me and we can get everything going after looking at my age informed because my membership was changed to my Fort Worth Texas gym that She didn’t have access to my account and that I could either call the Fort Worth gym and they could help me or I could update my billing information on the app. I appreciate her warmth, smile and willingness to help me! Jaylen 4/5am staff!!! He’s simply so helpful and pleasant that early in the morning, I’m keeping my membership I thought I wouldn’t have another gym outside of Lifetime but Jaylen and Brenda are such a delight! The only reason for the four stars and not five is the facet I wanted to use the red light therapy but part of the ceiling was missing due to maintenance issues.
